Intugo Connects U.S. Companies to Mexico’s Top Talent
Intugo, a fast growing nearshore service provider with a U.S. headquarters has found a way to make it easy for companies to tap in to the top talent available in Mexico.

Intugo acts like a “connector” allowing U.S. companies access to top talent in areas such as software development, graphic design, engineering, tech support, call center, collections and back office support.  Once a client provides talent specs, Intugo recruits candidates and the client makes the hiring decision.  Intugo supports every aspect related to human resources, payroll, taxes and compliance and houses the clients operation in their state-of-the-art facilities.

Fortune 500 companies rave about the strong bi-lingual talent in Mexico, the strong cultural affinity to the U.S. and convenient time zones make for a good fit.  Companies likely save about 50% nearshore in Mexico compared to a domestic operation.   According to Felix Tonella, General Manager and Co-founder, “Intugo created a niche by making it so easy for small and emerging growth type companies to establish their own nearshore operation.”

Where is the talent coming from? According to data furnished by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) and the National Association of Universities and Higher Education Institutions (ANUIES), over 745,000 students –30% of the country’s total university population– were enrolled in engineering and technology courses, which yield some 115,000 graduates every year.

Intugo also connects clients to state-of-the-art facilities that are company owned or long term leased from three cities in Mexico: Hermosillo and Obregon in the state of Sonora and Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco. The client’s operation is theirs to manage and run as they see fit – all with Intugo support services.

“Many clients emulate the successes in their domestic operations while preserving their corporate culture”, stated Larry Carlson, U.S. based Intugo Marketing Manager.
