Located within the operational floor, the glass-enclosed training room offers a private space for onboarding, workshops, or team development sessions.

With a focused setting for internal meetings or client calls, this room features city views, comfortable chairs, and a green wall accent—one of several thoughtfully designed spaces available.

The parking facility features a vehicle lift system, maximizing capacity by allowing stacked parking within a compact footprint.

From the upper levels, common areas offer exterior views and relaxed spots for short breaks. The site is centrally located, with direct access to main roads and is surrounded by commercial services and transit options—contributing to the continuity and flow of daily operations.
