Selecting the Ideal Location
Expanding operations into new locations requires meticulous planning and extensive research. In the case of Transcosmos America, a broad study was performed to identify the most suitable location for a nearshore operation. Mexico City emerged as the ideal choice, and Tecnoparque, a well-known technology campus, was selected as the preferred site. Furthermore, Intugo was assigned to execute a thorough feasibility study to assess the viability of the chosen location. Indeed, this involved a detailed analysis of the availability of bilingual talent in the area, a comprehensive salary evaluation, and a strict infrastructure assessment.

Ensuring Future Growth and Scalability
Accordingly, Intugo’s role extended beyond determining a proper location for Transcosmos America. The company also evaluated the scalability of the selected site, ensuring it could accommodate future growth and demand fluctuations. Specifically, this involved estimating the availability of a qualified talent pool to meet staffing needs. Furthermore, Intugo’s recruitment and selection services have been vital in helping Transcosmos America’s team expansion, which now has over 30 employees on-site. By leveraging Intugo’s expertise in outsourcing to Mexico, Transcosmos optimized operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Operations at the Mexico City facility commenced in May 2023. The strategically selected space offers exceptional scalability, accommodating up to 337 workstations within 6,600 square meters. Therefore, this ensures ample room for Transcosmos to expand its team and meet future growth demands.
Additionally, the TecnoParque location offers excellent connectivity to metro and bus stations, universities, sports and commercial centers, and essential services like hospitals and hotels. The campus boasts modern amenities, including office spaces, commercial areas, recreational zones, security filters, and ample parking to ensure comfort and safety.
