Following the beginning of operations in Mexico in 2023, Camino Promotions and C.R. Wannamaker Law entered a steady period of growth in Hermosillo. As their workforce expanded beyond 280 employees across legal support, marketing, sales, management, IT, and customer service roles, the demand for expanded business infrastructure support became a defining factor in planning the next phase of their workspace.

Initial Setup

Their first operational space in Mexico was located on the upper level of the Girasol Building (Intugo’s headquarters in Hermosillo, Sonora), where a capacity of 114 seats was reached. This workspace included features that supported the early phase of their expansion and aligned with the pace of growth at the time.

As the teams continued to grow, Intugo implemented a phased approach to space allocation within the Girasol Building. Part of the ground-level infrastructure was adapted, and several common areas were strategically reconfigured into six private offices to support roles in marketing, legal assistance, and translation. This phase allowed the operation to continue expanding while plans for a larger, purpose-built workspace were being developed.
